- Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
- Pre-Orders: Delivery times may vary for pre-ordered items. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.
- Weekends & Holidays: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

3. Tracking Your Order

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including re-delivery charges due to incorrect addresses.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- LoneStar Cap Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the package.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
