Returns & Exchanges
π Can I return or exchange my order?
- All sales are finalβwe do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully when purchasing final sale caps.
π© What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@lonestarcapco.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To process your claim, include:
β Your order number
β Clear photos of the defective/damaged item
β A brief description of the issue - If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds

- We do not issue refunds unless an order is defective or incorrect.
- Store credit may be provided at management's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
β Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders, bulk purchases, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Hats that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
π Is there a restocking fee?
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any approved store credit or refund.
